To strengthen our team at the Gisikon location, we are looking for reinforcements.
Customer Advisor Internal Service Wood Materials 100% (m/f/d)Your Tasks- Processing and handling of customer orders / offer acquisitions
- Customer advice / sales (by phone, in person, by email); regular assistance at the pick-up counter
- Purchasing of consignment and warehouse goods in the assigned area
- Checking and updating purchasing prices
- Monitoring item master data and price lists
- Assistance in the creation of sales documents
- Support of the field service
- Completed vocational training in the wood industry or affinity for it
- Initial experience in sales or in a commercial field advantageous
- Good PC user skills advantageous
- Independent, responsible way of working
- Communicative personality, very good manners, customer-oriented attitude
- Team player
- Varied, responsible activity with a lot of customer contact
- Motivated, family-like team
