Since 2020, we have brought advertising technology online. We combine e-commerce with modern manufacturing and create exclusive logos that connect design and sustainability without compromise. Through a modern website, we enable customers to quickly and easily convert their graphic file into a 3D logo and support them in personalizing and ordering additional products for their rooms directly through the website. This brings us physically to life using the latest 3D printing technology and biodegradable PLA, reducing resource consumption by up to 90% and demonstrating that great design and ecological responsibility can harmonize perfectly.

You will experience the entire creation process from a digital file to a physical product up close. Your workstation is just a few steps away from the workshop, so you can monitor the progress of all orders and projects at any time and hold the results in your hands. You work independently on varied tasks and actively bring in your own ideas for optimizing our products and processes.

Aufgaben

In this position, you are the link between customer vision and technical manufacturing. Your focus is on optimal consulting and strategic product development. You are part of a well-organized inbound sales team and always keep the company's revenue targets in mind. Together with the team, you decide which new functionalities offer added value for our webshop and customers.

• You pack every punch at our place. From the first inquiry to the impulse generator for expanding our webshops, you ensure smooth processes.
• You create visually appealing offers based on customer inquiries via email and phone.
• You coordinate orders between production and shipping to ensure timely delivery in high quality.
• You find quick and satisfactory solutions for customers with complaints or returns thanks to standardized processes.
• You check special requirements directly with the departments and ensure that customer ideas are technically optimally implemented. You actively work on improving existing processes, establishing new standards, and developing our webshop through meaningful new products.
