Customer Advisor Vehicle Valuation & Purchase (m/w/d)

You can expect from us:

• Advise our customers personally and competently throughout the purchase process of their vehicle – from greeting to contract conclusion
• Conduct convincing sales conversations with the goal of achieving fair and attractive agreements for both parties
• Explain the condition and valuation of the vehicle transparently and build trust through your communication skills
• Coordinate the purchase process efficiently and ensure a smooth flow together with our support team

You bring:

• Strong sales and communication skills, ideally gained through experiences in direct customer contact, service industry or retail
• Initial experiences in the sales process, customer consulting or price negotiations and sales agreements
• A strong customer orientation, enthusiasm for personal exchange, and a sympathetic, professional demeanor
• No technical or Kfz-specific knowledge is required – our tools & trainings support you in vehicle valuation
• Fluent German language skills and a Class B driving license
• Cross-industry entrants from sales, tourism, and retail are welcome
