Tasks

• Advising customers and colleagues from the workshop on spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery
• Processing customer inquiries and offers
• Maintaining and managing the spare parts warehouse
• Assisting with ordering and tracking spare parts
• Contributing to the optimization of processes in spare parts sales
• Your focus is on agricultural and construction machinery – complemented by machines, devices, and spare parts for lawn and property maintenance.
• Commercial tasks such as processing orders, warranty claims, or booking goods and invoice receipts are also part of your varied daily routine.
• Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our customers receive the best products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or consulting, experience with agricultural and construction machinery is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction
• Technical understanding and interest in agricultural machinery and equipment
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented way of working
• Completed vocational training – whether technical (e.g., as a mechanic/mechatronics technician in the automotive, commercial vehicle, construction, or agricultural technology sector), as a farmer, as a specialist for agricultural services, or in a commercial role with good technical understanding.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driver's license Class B, Class BE is an advantage
