Tasks

• Counseling of customers and colleagues from the workshop on spare parts for agricultural machinery and construction equipment
• Processing of customer inquiries and offers
• Maintenance and management of the spare parts warehouse
• Support in ordering and tracking spare parts
• Participation in optimizing processes in the spare parts distribution
• Your focus lies on agricultural machinery and construction equipment – supplemented by machines, devices, and spare parts for lawn care and grounds maintenance.
• In addition to technical tasks, you will also handle administrative tasks such as processing orders, warranty settlements, or booking goods and services.
• Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our customers receive the best products and services.

Qualification

• Experience in sales or consulting, experience with agricultural machinery is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with customers
• Technical understanding and interest in agricultural machines and equipment
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
• A completed education – whether technically (e.g. as a mechanic or mechatronics engineer in the automotive, agricultural, construction, or land technology sector), as an agronomist, or as a skilled worker for agricultural services or with good technical understanding.
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Driver's license class B, class BE is advantageous
