Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with professional maturity certificate.
• Medical knowledge or experience in the social insurance sector.
• Enjoyment of processing complex administrative questions.
• Initial professional experience in a structured, administrative function is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, high degree of independence, and a meticulous work style.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of contact with diverse stakeholder groups.
