Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) for our client in Rostock at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• As a Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d), you will take over the telephone reception and solution of customer requests in the area of Kfz-, Haus- or Familienversicherung.
• You will organize and coordinate initial help measures for customers – e.g. breakdown, accident or towing assistance.
• You will process email and phone correspondence with insurance companies, service providers and partners to clarify and settle situations.
• You are responsible for processing invoices as well as documenting all processes in full.
• Your professional demeanor and solution-oriented working style will actively contribute to high customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Qualification

• You bring an education as an industrial clerk (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, such as freight forwarding clerk (m/w/d), hotel manager (m/w/d) or office management clerk (m/w/d). Also enthusiastic newcomers are welcome.
• If desired, you have gained experience as a telephone customer service representative (m/w/d) or in invoice processing and claims settlement.
• You possess enthusiasm for customer contact and have a well-developed sense of service awareness.
• You work reliably, organized and meticulously and appreciate teamwork.
• You have very good German language skills as well as good English language skills that round out your profile.
