Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) on behalf of our customer in Rostock at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• As Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d), you will take over the telephone reception and solution of customer requests in the areas of motor vehicle, home or family insurance.
• You will organize and coordinate initial assistance measures for customers - e.g. breakdown, accident or towing services.
• You will process email and phone correspondence with insurance companies, service providers and partners to clarify and settle matters.
• You are responsible for processing invoices and documenting all transactions in full.
• Your professional demeanor and solution-oriented approach will actively contribute to high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualification

• You bring an education as industrial clerk (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, such as logistics clerk (m/w/d), hotel manager (m/w/d) or office management clerk (m/w/d). Also enthusiastic newcomers are welcome.
• Ideal candidates have already gained experience as telephone customer service representative (m/w/d) or in invoice processing and claims settlement.
• You possess enthusiasm for customer contact and have a well-developed sense of service.
• You work reliably, organized and meticulously and appreciate teamwork.
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills that round out your profile.
