hey contact heroes GmbH is a modern customer service provider with several hundred colleagues across Europe. For an exciting project in the field of broadband and telecommunications, we are looking for motivated customer advisors (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the home office.

Responsibilities

• You advise and support existing customers regarding broadband products and services.

• You answer questions about tariffs, contracts, and other service requests.

• You find individual solutions for the concerns of our customers.

• You carefully document the conversations in the system.

• You ensure a positive customer experience with your friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing

• Enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with people

• Strong service and customer orientation

• A reliable, structured, and independent way of working

• Confident use of a PC

• Initial experience in customer service or telephony is an advantage, but not a requirement

• A quiet workspace in the home office

• A stable internet connection
