Your tasks

• Customer-oriented consulting of our existing customers on our service portfolio in person on-site and digitally
• Active and structured existing customer management – processing customer inquiries and orders, complaints, and identifying cross-selling and up-selling potentials
• Cross-departmental coordination of customer-specific projects
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces and other locations
• Maintenance of our customer data in the ERP/CRM system
• Active co-design and continuous development of our Customer Care through innovative ideas, cross-departmental thinking, and a clear focus on excellent customer experiences

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
• Experience in Customer Care or in a service-oriented function
• Enthusiasm for direct customer contact as well as for working in a dedicated team.
• Good MS Office skills (Excel and PP) and IT affinity (CRM systems advantageous)
• Fluent German language skills, Austrian and English language skills are advantageous but not a prerequisite
• Experience in project coordination advantageous
• Willingness for regular on-site customer appointments
• Independent, solution-oriented, and motivated work style
