Your Tasks

• Where there's wood to be chopped, there are chips: You will communicate and negotiate with customers, our stakeholders, and insurance companies in case of damage related to the installation of our products – empathetically, solution-oriented, and professionally.

• You will support our customers and be responsible for independently processing inquiries and concerns.

• You will evaluate the individual circumstances and independently settle collateral, process, and property damage within your payment limit.

• You will systematically document cases and contribute to the continuous improvement of our settlement processes.

• You will turn our customers into fans by building a personal connection over the phone.

Your Profile

• You have experience in the insurance industry and claims settlement, especially in the areas of property, household, and liability insurance.

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or have a relevant further education with knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.

• You are proficient in using various software systems.

• You possess strong communication skills and are happy to take on responsibility independently within the team.

• Your working style is structured and solution-oriented, even under pressure.

• You bring adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• You have very good German language skills.
