Customer & Contract Manager (Human)

What it's about?

Our outstanding team supports all types of corporate clients in booking their events – from small companies to large corporations who approach us with all their inquiries for trade fairs, conferences, and congresses. You will find suitable locations for their events and create the corresponding event and cooperation contracts. All threads come together in the background with you.

Your Role

• You create event and cooperation contracts for our clients and obtain approvals.
• You find suitable locations for trade fairs, congresses, and conferences.
• You maintain regular customer contact via email and phone and build long-term relationships.
• You keep an eye on timings and deadlines – from contract approval to the start of the event.
• You are responsible for maintaining and documenting all customer data and contracts in our CRM system.
• You review invoices and approvals in connection with events and sponsorship agreements.

• Experience in the event industry is a plus, but not a must.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs and very good German and good English skills are not a problem for you.
• It is an advantage if you have already worked with a CRM.
