Customer & Contract Manager (Person)

What's it about?

Our outstanding team takes care of all types of corporate customers when booking their events – from small companies to large corporations that come to us with all sorts of requests for trade shows, conferences, and congresses. You find the suitable locations for their events and create the corresponding event and cooperation contracts. Behind the scenes, everything runs smoothly.

Your role

• You create event and cooperation contracts for our customers and obtain approvals.
• You find suitable locations for trade shows, conferences, and congresses.
• You maintain regular customer contact via email and phone and build long-term relationships.
• You keep track of timings and deadlines – from contract approval to event start.
• You take care of the maintenance and documentation of all customer data and contracts in our CRM system.
• You check invoices and approvals in connection with events and sponsorship agreements.

What we like

• You communicate clearly and friendly with customers.
• Experience in the event industry is a plus, but not necessary.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office programs and very good German and English skills – no problem for you.
• If you've already worked with a CRM system, that's an advantage.
