Customer and Product Representative in Sales (m/w/d)

The Pfalzmarkt für Obst und Gemüse eG is one of the leading producer cooperatives in Europe. With over 200 regional products, we supply customers daily from within and outside Germany – directly from the producer, fresh from the Palatinate. For our sales department, we are looking for reinforcement in customer and product representation.

Your Tasks

• Personal representation of our customers and producers
• Independent order processing from receipt to invoicing
• Creation of orders and delivery notes
• Internal organization and coordination of transports with our logistics department
• Closely working together with the quality assurance team
• Maintenance of customer data and ongoing communication

You Bring With You

• Completed commercial training (e.g. foreign trade, wholesale, logistics or comparable)
• Professional experience in customer service, preferably in the fresh produce industry
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Customer-oriented thinking, communication strength, and organizational skills
• Stress tolerance, team spirit, and a structured work approach
