Responsibilities

• Kitchen Chief & Visionary: You will take full culinary responsibility for our day bistro Lilo Kitchen.
• Concept Development: You will further develop our menu – from seasonal daily specials to well-thought-out food concepts that delight our guests.
• Quality & Purchasing: You will ensure smooth purchasing, maintain contact with our suppliers, and ensure the highest product quality.
• Team Leadership: You will lead the kitchen team with passion, motivate, and further develop your colleagues.
• Hands-on: You will be at the stove yourself and ensure that every dish leaves our bistro in top quality.
• Organization: You will confidently keep an eye on economic efficiency, costing, and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• You are a trained cook and ideally already have experience in a management position in a bistro, café, or upscale system gastronomy.
• You have a feel for modern, contemporary food trends and love to experiment creatively.
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and can keep an overview and a smile on your face even when it's busy.
• You are a team player with a "doer mentality" and are eager to actively contribute to the development of Lilo Kitchen.
• You have a high quality awareness and are committed to sustainable processes in the kitchen.
