As Küchenverantwortliche*r AIR Restaurant (m/w/d) at Zurich Airport, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen team and ensuring that all food products meet the highest quality standards. Your tasks will include planning and organizing menus, ordering ingredients, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You will also be responsible for controlling inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. In addition to your culinary expertise, you will need strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide your team.
