WHAT'S GOING ON?

As an indispensable part of our summer camp, you'll make sure that all participants start each day feeling energized and ready for a new adventure!

• The organization of breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner at the Empowerland Teens Camp (August 16th - August 22nd, 2026)
• For 20-30 teens (14-17 years old) and 10 adults
• In Mödingen (Dillingen a.d. Donau) at the Stettenhof Mödingen

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Creation of a menu and budget plan; tailored to the framework and our experience values
• Purchasing food - with your own car

- Food costs should not exceed the maximum budget of 1,600 to 1,800€ (depending on the number of teens)

• Preparation + Cooking - you can bring along a second person as support or we'll provide two additional people

- Mostly two warm/ cooked meals per day

- Vegan/Vegetarian options

- Healthy and delicious!

• Cleaning - we have an industrial dishwasher
• We'll bake pizza on Monday evening. You'll buy the ingredients (we'll send you the list), and our team member Xaver will take care of the food.
• Kitchen equipment: large stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, industrial dishwasher, etc.

Qualification

The minimum requirements for working with food and in the kitchen, and of course, the know-how ;)

• Budget for food: 1,600-1,800€
• Timeframe: August 16th - August 22nd, 2026 (arrival on Sunday afternoon, departure on Tuesday morning)
• Your compensation: Yes, let's talk about it :-)
• Number of people: 20-30 teens and 10 adults
