For our customer, we are looking for a: Chef:in (w/m/d) 100% Your tasks: - Overall responsibility for kitchen operations including leadership, planning, and development of the kitchen team - Ensuring a smooth, economical, and high-quality kitchen workflow 365 days a year - Planning and preparation of well-balanced, regional, and seasonal menus including special diets and dietary forms - Responsibility for procurement, inventory management, orders, inventory, and budget control as well as food cost - Close cooperation with hotel management and other departments for integrated and comprehensive care - Strict adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP Your profile: - Completed training as a cook EFZ with further education to chef or head chef with eidg.
