Your Tasks:
- You lead our restaurant and help with re-conceptualization and positioning
- You lead the restaurant team and take responsibility for the budget
- You are responsible as head chef/head cook for this responsible position
- You create a culinary concept in collaboration with colleagues from the central office
- You achieve an exceptional guest experience
- You ensure our standards and implement HACCP guidelines for hygiene
