Deine Aufgaben:
- Du leitest unser Restaurant und hilfst bei der Neu-Konzipierung sowie Positionierung
- Du leitest das Restaurant-Team an und übernimmst Verantwortung über das Budget
- Du bist als Hauptkoch/Hauptköchin für diese verantwortungsvolle Position zuständig
- Du erstellst ein kulinarisches Konzept in Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg/innen aus der Zentrale
- Du schaffst eine außergewöhnliche Guest-Experience
- Du stellst unsere Standards sicher und setzt die Hygienerichtlinien nach HACCP um
