Fostering a respectful, learning-oriented team culture with professional training for learners ? Menu planning and implementation of nutrition concepts such as vital and reduced-calorie diets ? Close cooperation with the F&B, wellness, therapy, and marketing departments for a harmonious guest experience ? Responsibility for personnel planning, training, and quality development Profile ? Completed education as a cook/chef with solid leadership experience ? Enthusiasm for regional, seasonal, and nutrition-conscious cuisine ? High stress tolerance, flexibility, and organizational talent ? Secure handling of digital tools (e.g. Gastronovi) ? Value-oriented leadership style with team orientation and role model function ?
