For our customer in the region, we are looking for a: Chef:in 100% (w/m/d) Your challenge - Overall responsibility for the kitchen operation including leadership, deployment planning, and team development - Ensuring a smooth, economical, and high-quality kitchen workflow 365 days a year - Planning and preparation of well-balanced, regional, and seasonal menus including special diets and dietary forms - Responsibility for procurement, inventory management, orders, inventory, and budget control as well as food cost - Close cooperation with hotel management and other departments for integrated, comprehensive care - Strict adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP Your expertise - Completed training as a cook EFZ with further education to chef cook with eidg.
