Head Chef (m/w/d)

At Hotel Zeitgeist Vienna, we are looking for a head chef who lives quality, thinks economically, and enjoys developing people. As an innovative and value-oriented individual hotel (100% owner-managed, 254 rooms) as well as our seminar & event location MEZZANIN Meetings & Events at the Vienna Hauptbahnhof train station, we rely on high-quality products, sustainable decisions, and a hospitality that is genuine and comes from the heart. We are looking for a personality who takes pride in their kitchen, values teamwork, and has a passion for culinary art. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a team of up to 10 people, be able to develop and implement new recipes, and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene. Additionally, they should be familiar with food safety regulations and have knowledge of local and international cuisine. As a member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals for our guests, as well as coordinating with our events team to provide customized catering solutions. You will also be involved in menu development, inventory management, and staff training.
