Head Chef (m/w/d) for the Allee in Prater / Kugeltanz

We, the Allee and Kugeltanz, are a BBQ grill restaurant with around 400 seats in the green Vienna Prater. At our place, many company events, team-building events, birthday parties, as well as Polterabends are celebrated. In addition, there is the possibility to experience pleasure à la carte at our place. This is a hit in the summer, directly on the main boulevard of the Prater, a highlight. A new live grill station, an outdoor kitchen and a huge smoker that looks like a locomotive count among our highlights. We put a lot into it... Our team consists of 15 people who are passionate about BBQ and good food. We are looking for a head chef (m/w/d) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the culinary industry, preferably with a focus on BBQ and grill cuisine. He or she should be able to lead a team and motivate them to achieve high-quality results. Furthermore, he or she should be able to work independently and make decisions quickly. We offer a varied working environment with a lot of creative freedom. You will have the opportunity to develop your own recipes and dishes. Our kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and equipment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, has a sense of humor and can handle stress well.
