Soi Thai is one of the most popular Pop-Up formats in Zurich — and that's been over a decade. Behind the project stand two experienced gastronomes: Valentin Diem (Neue Taverne, Bauernschänke, Neumarkt, Brasserie Süd, The Counter) and Patrick Schindler (Action Burger, Bar Lupo).
