Restaurant Rössli Rothrist Mavea AG Bernstrasse 53 4852 Rothrist Employment type: Full-time The tasks of this position in summary: Seasonal menu design with four annual changes including price calculations Creation of plate dishes and training of employees Assignment to the Saucier post Preparation of employee deployment planning Creation of well-thought-out menu suggestions for groups Procurement of goods and auxiliary materials (wholesale market in the city or ordering) Supervision of food costs and inventory management Coordination of kitchen operations and staff Organization of events and special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, etc. Participation in marketing activities and events to promote the restaurant's image and reputation
