• Overall responsibility and operational leadership, organization, and scheduling of the kitchen team, as well as smooth operations

• Economically sound design of an attractive, seasonal, and guest-oriented menu, including for events
• Ensuring consistently high quality and appealing presentation of dishes
• Responsibility for purchasing, inventory management, and stocktaking, as well as close collaboration with local suppliers and vendors
• Monitoring food costs and cost-conscious working
• Ensuring hygiene, quality, and safety standards, as well as compliance with legal regulations (HACCP, EKAS). This includes regular team training.
• Active participation in daily operations and role model within the team
• Close collaboration with management
