Head Chef (m/w)

To complete our team, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and committed person as Head Chef immediately or by arrangement. In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Operations at Hilton Zurich Airport. Responsibility for a smooth operational and administrative workflow in the kitchen area and proactive communication with all departments of the hotel. Leading the kitchen team with 10-15 employees, creating duty rosters and absence reports, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, managing inventory and supplies, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining high-quality standards. Developing and implementing new recipes, menus, and concepts, as well as monitoring and controlling costs. Collaborating with the hotel's culinary team to ensure consistency in menu offerings and presentation. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
