Your responsibilities

• Preparation of dishes in accordance with established quality standards and recipes
• Attention to the aesthetics of dishes and their proper presentation
• Proposing new solutions, dishes, ways of serving dishes – cooperation in the development of the buffet
• Maintaining high standards of work hygiene, including adherence to food safety regulations
• Respect for food products, proper storage and processing, minimizing losses related to food waste
• Quality control of raw materials used and ensuring their proper processing
• Cooperation with waitstaff in terms of delivering finished dishes and products to the buffet on time and in accordance with quality requirements
• Participation in organizing the breakfast buffet, ensuring its aesthetic arrangement and continuous availability of dishes
• Maintaining cleanliness at the workstation, in storerooms, and kitchen areas
• Monitoring product inventory, checking their status, and informing the supervisor about the need to replenish shortages
• Cooperation in creating orders for food items and ensuring their optimal quantity

Our requirements

• Experience in a similar position (preferably in a hotel or with breakfast, lunch, and similar buffets)
• Good work organization and ability to work under time pressure
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological examinations
• Commitment, conscientiousness, and attention to detail
• Teamwork skills
