Job description

Who do you want to be in 2030?

As AI increasingly takes over operational tasks, the need for engineers who design, automate, and future-proof platforms is growing. The traditional administrator is making way for the platform engineer: someone who brings together scalability, security, automation, and developer experience.

At RawWorks, we believe that the Kubernetes Platform Engineer of the future not only builds infrastructure but also helps organizations innovate faster.

As a Kubernetes Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and manage modern cloud-native platforms. You will work with Kubernetes, Azure, automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability to provide clients with a stable and scalable foundation for their applications and digital services.

What will you do?

  • Design, build, and optimize Kubernetes platforms

  • Develop cloud-native environments on Azure

  • Automate and improve CI/CD processes

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and other tooling

  • Integrate security, monitoring, and observability into platforms

  • Advise clients on platform strategy and cloud-native transformations

  • Help teams accelerate software development and deployment

Why RawWorks is different

Where other companies get stuck in management or tools, you will go further here:

You work on the future of Infrastructure as Code
You are a trusted advisor, not an executor
You get freedom and trust
You work in a warm, engaged team
You make a real impact for clients

What you get

  • Salary (indication: €5,000 – €7,000+)

  • Lease car or mobility budget

  • Training budget

  • Bonus negotiable

  • Pension contribution

  • Hybrid working

  • Laptop & phone

  • Events, knowledge sessions, and tribe moments

We're not looking for a CV. We're looking for ambition.

You recognize yourself in some of the points below:

  • You have experience with Kubernetes and container platforms

  • You have knowledge of Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms

  • You enjoy working with automation and Infrastructure as Code

  • You have experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • You have knowledge of Linux, networking, and security

  • You are curious about platform engineering, AI, and cloud-native developments

  • You think in terms of standardization, scalability, and automation

  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week

  • You possess a B driving license

Don't have everything yet, but do you want to grow towards the IT professional of 2030? Then I'd love to meet you via
