ABOUT INFAKT

Since 2008, we have been combining technology with accounting. We have created our own accounting application, which we are constantly developing – to best serve entrepreneurs and accountants.

We operate a nationwide accounting office that provides professional accounting services to entrepreneurs from all over Poland. We operate 100% remotely – because distance no longer matters.

We are building a committed community of entrepreneurs, accountants, and experts – together we actively support the development of Polish business.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Independently manage full accounting for limited liability companies (sp. z o.o.) in accordance with applicable regulations

• Provide comprehensive service to assigned clients and build long-term relationships with them

• Control documents and the correctness of accounting entries

• Prepare tax declarations and financial statements

• Prepare payrolls and ZUS declarations

• Prepare statements and analyses for clients

• Proactively contact clients (email and phone) and authorities

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in managing full accounting for companies from various industries

• You run or plan to start your own business activity — a necessary condition

• You know the principles of full accounting management for commercial companies

• You are competent, responsible, and can manage your time effectively

• You enjoy talking to people and explaining tax complexities in an accessible way

• You value long-term cooperation and approach each client individually
