- Accurate accounting of purchase invoices in accordance with internal procedures and tax, accounting and financial regulations
- Paying and settling accounts with suppliers
- Analyzing settlements with suppliers and reconciling balances
- Settling delegations and employee expenses and bookkeeping them
- Bookkeeping other accounting documents (customs documents in import of goods, payroll lists, RMK, reserves and others)
- Supporting the resolution of queries from suppliers related to payments, errors on invoices etc.
- Verification of PO and non-PO invoices
- Monthly reconciliation of account balances and bookkeeping differences on accounting accounts
- Reconciling balances within the Capital Group (IC reconciliation)
- Preliminary reports for GUS, NBP and other institutions
- Participation in monthly and annual closures as well as financial statement reviews
