Your Role

As a KRMT-/RMT-Realtor Residential, you will guide clients in buying and selling properties in The Hague and surrounding areas.

You will be given a lot of freedom and responsibility in your role. At the same time, you can count on colleagues who will support you, so you can focus on where you add the most value as a realtor.

You will be involved in, among other things:

• sales and purchase processes from start to finish;
• viewings and valuations;
• advising clients on price, strategy, opportunities, and risks;
• acquiring new assignments and exploiting commercial opportunities;
• maintaining existing relationships and further expanding your own network;
• collaborating with fellow realtors, back office, and marketing;
• ensuring good follow-up and clear communication towards clients;
• thinking about how we can further improve our services and way of working.

Additionally:

• you have a KRMT or RMT diploma;
• you have at least three years of experience in real estate brokerage;
• you are commercially minded and entrepreneurial;
• you communicate easily and clearly with different types of clients;
• you dare to give honest advice;
• you work meticulously and professionally;
• you take responsibility for your commitments and results;
• you see work that needs doing and you tackle it.
