Accounts Payable Accountant SAP (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for you for the Munich location as soon as possible as a "SAP Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)".

Responsibilities

• As an Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d), you will check, record, and post incoming invoices in SAP
• You will create debit memos, recharges, and payment runs for national and international suppliers
• Furthermore, you will check travel expense reports and consider payment terms and cash discount periods
• You will maintain master data for creditors and debtors and ensure high data quality
• In addition, you will support month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings through account reconciliations and the booking of provisions

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field, for example as an Office Clerk (m/f/d), Tax Assistant (m/f/d), Office Management Clerk (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have professional experience as an Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d), Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), or Financial Accountant (m/f/d)
• You are proficient in using SAP in the finance department
• Your working method is structured and reliable, and you possess a strong understanding of numbers
• Proficient German and basic English skills complete your profile
