Creditor Accountant (m/w/d)

The company is one of the established players in its segment in Germany and is responsible for managing extensive asset portfolios. The focus lies on partnership-based cooperation with professional investors, for whom tailored concepts are developed to ensure sustainable development and optimization of facilities. Present at various central locations, the performance spectrum covers not only the operational accompaniment of complex projects but also strategic decision-making processes, investment analyses, and support for purchase and sale processes.

Tasks

• Verification, accounting, and booking of incoming invoices
• Processing of ongoing payment traffic including monitoring of deadlines
• Synchronization and maintenance of creditor accounts
• Preliminary work and participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Processing of travel expense and credit card statements
• Support for optimizing accounting processes

Qualification

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting
• Multiple years of experience in creditor accounting are advantageous
• Good knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Safe handling of MS Office, particularly Excel
