We are looking for full-time or part-time:

Credit Accountant (m/w/d) for the location Munich

Tasks

• You are responsible for processing ongoing business transactions in the area of credit accounting, including travel expense accounting.
• You review and audit business transactions from a commercial and tax law perspective.
• You record and book bank transactions, including the clarification of special cases.
• You actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• You maintain master data.
• You set up recurring bookings and continuously manage them.
• You review, clarify, and process outstanding items (including accruals).
• You are responsible for controlling invoices in collaboration with the ordering teams.
• You support the development of credit processes.

Qualification

You are an engaged, structured, and communication-strong personality, and bring an independent and analytical working style. You maintain an overview of overall connections. Additionally, you stand out through entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility, and a willingness to change. Furthermore, it is important to you to develop and shape existing accounting processes.

• You have completed a successful vocational training in commerce.
• You have already accumulated at least 3 years of professional experience in credit accounting.
• You have experience in preparing financial statements and balance sheets for sole proprietorships according to HGB in a shared service company.
• You can demonstrate a secure handling of accounting processes in ERP systems (Datev) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• You possess secure verbal and written German and English skills.
