Job Description

• Accounting and bookkeeping: Incoming invoices assess, check, and correctly record
• Payment management: Payments to suppliers initiate and monitor
• Management of open items: Open invoices and liabilities keep track of and manage
• Databank maintenance: Creditor master data assess and maintain
• Archiving: Incoming invoices and other relevant documents properly archive
• Correspondence: Communication with suppliers and internal departments to clarify questions and solve problems
• Participation in processes and projects

Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• First experience in credit accounting
• Familiarity with MS-Office, particularly Excel
• Ideal, first experiences with SAP R/3
• Analytical skills and understanding of process flows
• Reliability and enjoyment of teamwork

Gross Salary Information
