For our customer in the Zurich region, we are looking for a full-time Creditors Accountant (m/w/d). Your tasks - Independent management of the creditors accounting, including maintenance of supplier master data in SAP - Ensuring smooth payment processing and timely booking of incoming invoices - Supporting monthly and annual closings through account reconciliations and preparatory work - Collaboration on preparing value-added tax returns and active participation in optimizing processes and systems in accounting - Acting as a deputy in debtors accounting and supporting the collection process - Taking over administrative tasks such as mail processing, customs document management, and accounting mailbox maintenance. Your profile - You have completed a commercial education (EFZ) and ideally a further education in accounting, for example, as an accountant - At least 3 years of professional experience in creditors accounting, preferably in an industrial environment - You work precisely, structured, and independently with high self-responsibility and a strong sense of quality awareness - You have solid SAP FI knowledge; experience with SAP VIM and basic knowledge in debtors accounting are a plus - You are a team player, a skilled communicator with very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking - You navigate MS Office confidently and have basic knowledge in the area of value-added tax.
