Credit Analyst for Commercial Real Estate Financing (m/w/d)

Get out of standard – into real credit work. The Gabler-Saliter-Bank is an independent private bank in the Allgäu with specialization on commercial real estate financing. Instead of mass production, we focus on individual examination, fundamental analyses, and direct decision-making paths. As a Credit Analyst (m/w/d), you will take on genuine responsibility and process complex engagements with tangible impact.

Tasks

• Comprehensive analysis of commercial real estate financing – from examination to credit control
• Self-contained evaluation of capital serviceability and securities
• Preparation of fundamental credit votes and direct coordination with the management team
• Drafting of contracts and accompanying until payment
• Ongoing care for assigned customers and monitoring ongoing engagements
• Participation in the development of internal processes – without rigid guidelines
• Support on regulatory topics and expert contact within the company

Qualification

• Mult-year experience in credit business with a focus on real estate financing
• Fundamental knowledge of risk analysis, security evaluation, and credit processing
• Outstanding analytical skills and self-reliant work style
• Pleasure in complex cases and comprehensive handling
• Safe German language skills in writing and speaking, proficient in dealing with classical and digital tools
• Teamwork ability and willingness to close cooperation with management staff
• Ideal experience in real estate valuation or as an appraiser
