As a consulting subsidiary of the Krankenhauszweckverband Rheinland e. V. (Hospital Association of Rhineland), we combine professional expertise with individual solutions and many years of experience in the healthcare sector. Founded in 2021, KHZV PLUS combines the agility of a young consulting company with the experience and stability of a provider established in the healthcare sector for over 30 years.

Our aim is to provide sustainable relief to hospitals and to competently support them in the challenges of an increasingly complex healthcare system.

Responsibilities

How can you support us in this?

As a Hospital Consultant with a Focus on Controlling (m/f/d) at our location in Cologne, you will develop practical solutions with our clients for budget and business management issues, support the further development of their steering and controlling processes, and provide important impetus for the advancement of KHZV PLUS.

Specifically, you will support us with:

Hospital Consulting and Project Work

• Analysis of performance, revenue, and cost data
• Consulting and supporting our clients with business management and controlling issues
• Contributing to the further development of cost center and cost unit accounting
• Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation and support of budget and fee negotiations

Contribution to the Development of the Consulting Department

• Participation in the further development of our consulting services and the creation of new consulting fields
• Support in representing KHZV PLUS with clients, in professional discussions, and at events

Qualifications

What you should bring with you:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in hospital controlling or hospital consulting, as well as initial knowledge of budget and fee negotiations
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and well-developed organizational abilities
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work, as well as openness to new topics and challenges.
