Power Plant Electrician Environmental Measurement Technology (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Ensure plant availability: You independently carry out inspection, maintenance, and repair work on complex operational analysis, emissions measurement, and cooling water systems at our power plant locations and ensure compliance with the requirements according to 13. and 17. BImSchV.
- Ensure measurement accuracy: You carry out measurements and calibration work and ensure reliable and legally compliant operation of the measuring systems.
- Rectify faults sustainably: You analyze the causes of faults and rectify faults in operational power plant systems to ensure high plant availability.
- Ensure compliance and documentation: You maintain maintenance lists, QA databases, and technical documentation, and ensure record-keeping towards authorities and supervisory bodies.
- Support technical projects: You participate in conversion, expansion, and optimization measures on technical plants and systems.
- Work independently: You process shift reports and maintenance orders from plant operation and document working hours and activities in SAP.
- Ensure plant safety: You carry out inspections, maintenance, and repairs on stationary gas warning systems according to the applicable operating instructions.
Mainova AG is subject to the collective agreement for public utility companies, and the remuneration for this position is in pay grade E07. In addition to 13 monthly salaries, you will receive a performance-oriented bonus and numerous attractive benefits.
Profile
- You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics for industrial engineering, measurement, control, and regulation technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of industrial plants, ideally in a power plant or process plant environment.
- You have knowledge of handling measurement, analysis, emissions measurement, or gas warning systems.
- You systematically get to the bottom of faults and find sustainable technical solutions.
- You are proficient in using common IT applications and ideally have experience with SAP-PM or comparable maintenance systems.
- You work independently, reliably, and place great importance on work safety and compliance with legal requirements.
- You convince with a cooperative way of working and constructive collaboration with colleagues and external service providers.
- You are willing to participate in on-call duty.
