• Consultation and customer service for repair and maintenance requests, including cost estimates.
• Coordination of workshop personnel and ensuring a smooth workflow of service processes.
• Performance of vehicle diagnoses to identify technical problems and their resolution.
• Training and further development of workshop employees in new techniques and technologies.
• Scheduling appointments, interfaces between workshop, parts warehouse, and customer, communication about repair status
• Final inspection (including test drive), invoice review, and handover of the vehicle to the customer
• Researching part numbers in the electronic parts catalog, ordering non-stocked parts from manufacturers or suppliers, accepting deliveries, and warehousing
• Commissioning and provision of spare parts for internal workshop operations to ensure a smooth repair process

Qualification:

We require:

- possible technical education or service technician/meister training in the automotive industry, alternatively work experience in this field

• practical work experience in the areas of service, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles
• high performance readiness, confident demeanor, positive aura
• safely, calmly, and friendly interaction with our customers
• contact, team, and motivational skills, customer-oriented thinking and acting
• high quality awareness, driver's license, good PC knowledge
• the service to the customer is your passion
