Kraandrijver Operator C

For Tata Steel, we are looking for a Kraandrijver Operator C. You will work in a 5-shift schedule in a production area where semi-finished and finished products are processed. You perform supporting tasks on the field of production and logistics. Within the shift program, you determine your own work order. Your most important internal customers are the Production Team Leader and Operators within the department. Your work is bounded by quality requirements and task assignments from the Shift Supervisor, Production Team Leader, and Operator A.

Functiedoel
You are responsible for transporting and preparing semi-finished and finished products for dispatch and performing operational tasks at a (part of) process. You ensure logistical and production tasks within a rayon.

Takenpakket

• You receive transport assignments.
• You determine the order of tasks to be performed and report any impending problems to the team leader.
• You check if all tasks have been performed according to planning and ensure internal and external transportation of semi-finished products, so that they are available at the desired location and according to planning.
• You inspect incoming and outgoing semi-finished products for visual defects.
• You ensure timely and correct transports of semi-finished products and packaging material within and between rayons and from and to neighboring factories using fork lift trucks, tractors, cranes, and automated vehicles.
• You check if the semi-finished products are delivered at the right location and according to planning and quality requirements.
• You perform operational tasks on a production line, so that semi-finished products are processed according to order.
• You report new production in the system.
• You perform operational and/or (de)mounting work, both manually and using control panels from the cab, and monitors safety at the production line.
• You transport semi-finished products away so that downtime is prevented and discusses progress and details during shift handovers.
• You perform routine maintenance on installations to ensure the technical condition of installations is maintained.
• You inspect installations and signal any shortcomings.
• You resolve minor technical malfunctions yourself and report larger malfunctions.
• You keep installations, transport equipment, and work environment clean.
• You discusses solutions with the team leader and reports the installation ready.
• You register production data, so that this and any details are recorded in the production file.
• You collect production data, malfunctions, and details in your own work area.
• You ensure correct registration of production data, according to procedures and using relevant forms.
• You check the accuracy of data and used forms.
