Your scope of responsibilities

• Sporządzanie kalkulacji, kosztorysów i wycen (program Norma PRO and own calculations).
• Analiza dokumentacji przetargowej pod kątem jej poprawności i możliwych optymalizacji technologicznych i finansowych.
• Weryfikacja poprawności dostarczonych przez Zamawiającego przedmiarów.
• Sporządzanie przedmiarów na podstawie otrzymanej dokumentacji projektowej.
• Kierowanie zapytań ofertowych do podwykonawców, dostawców i pozyskiwanie ofert zewnętrznych.
• Weryfikacja poprawności ofert składanych przez podwykonawców oraz sporządzanie ich zestawień porównawczych.
• Współpraca z inwestorem, kierownikami budowy i działem projektowym.

Our requirements

• Higher technical education.
• Minimum two-year experience on a similar position.
• Orientacja w rynku podwykonawców and dostawców materiałów.
• Umiejętność czytania rysunków technicznych.
• Znajomość programu Norma PRO (optional), AutoCAD, and MS Office package.
• Sumienność and rzetelność in performed duties.
• Samodzielność and very good organization of work.
