Estimator / Estimator (Construction Industry)

Your responsibilities

• preparation of cost estimates and offers for industrial construction projects carried out under the general contractor model
• creation of cost estimates in accordance with calculation standards and procedures, building a subcontractor and supplier base, developing project estimation methodologies
• preparation of calculations and offers: Analysis of design documentation, Creation of construction investment budgets, Preparation of cost estimates and offers, Identification of technical and cost risks
• technical and commercial cooperation: Cooperation with designers, investors, and subcontractors, Obtaining offers from suppliers, Participation in offer meetings
• cooperation with the execution department: Handing over projects for execution, Expert support for execution teams
• conducting site visits

Our requirements

• Relevant higher education – construction
• Experience in industrial construction cost estimation, minimum 3 years
• Ability to independently prepare calculations and offers
• Knowledge of construction technologies and the market
• Knowledge of construction law
• Experience on the general contractor side
• Knowledge of estimating software, MS Office environment, and design software
• Predispositions for teamwork
