Cosmetologist

To Manufaktura Zdrowia i Urody in Tarnowskie Góry, we are looking for a person who wants to develop in the beauty industry, gain practical experience, and feels comfortable in direct contact with the client.

The position combines performing cosmetology treatments with customer service, scheduling appointments, and organizing the work of the salon.

• performing facial and body treatments after prior training,
• operating modern equipment and technologies available in the salon,
• professional customer service before, during, and after the treatment,
• telephone contact with people interested in the salon's offer,
• scheduling and confirming appointments,
• maintaining the calendar and ensuring efficient work organization,
• building good and long-term relationships with clients,
• taking care of the aesthetics and image of the salon.

We are looking for a communicative, engaged, and independent person who likes working with people and wants to develop in modern cosmetology.

We provide onboarding and training on technologies and treatments performed in our salon.

• vocational education or studies in cosmetology (also in progress),
• student status is welcome,
• ease of conversation with clients – including by phone – and a natural ability to propose treatments and schedule appointments.
• positive attitude and high personal culture,
• engagement, responsibility, and good work organization,
• desire to learn and develop in the field of modern cosmetic technologies,
• ability to build good, long-term relationships with clients,
• basic knowledge of social media will be an additional advantage.

Experience in a beauty salon will be an additional advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement – we provide onboarding and training.
