KB Cosmetics is a lovingly run cosmetics studio in Steißlingen with a well-established team of three cosmeticians – an owner and two employees. Here it's not just about beautiful skin, but about genuine downtime for our customers. In our 4 treatment rooms, we work personally, warmly, and with great joy at our profession. Exactly this atmosphere makes our studio special. Since we are growing further, we are delighted to welcome a new reinforcement to our team.

Our team of experienced cosmeticians offers not only classic facial treatments and apparatus-based cosmetics (Micro-Needling, Microdermabrasion) but also pedicures. This makes the working day varied and exciting. Additionally, massages are part of our offer. Who loves cosmetics will find plenty of room to express themselves professionally and creatively at our studio.

Quality and humanity stand at the top for us. In November 2023, our work was recognized with the 1st prize for the best cosmetician in Germany. It's nice to see that our vision – to perform every treatment with heart and passion – is appreciated by our customers. This feeling we live every day in the team.

Tasks

▪️Cosmetic treatments (60 %)

▪️Pedicures (20 %)

▪️Massages (20 %)

▪️Activities at the reception like phone, emails, consultation, voucher sales, etc.

▪️Qualified consulting conversations with our customers based on their individual needs

▪️Background activities in the institute

Qualification

▪️Comprehensive training as a cosmetician (m/w/d) and professional experience

▪️Outstanding communication and contact skills, as well as professional demeanor

▪️Customer-oriented and goal-oriented working method

▪️Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking

Benefits

Look forward to an attractive remuneration package of 2,500 - 2,800 € gross per month depending on training and professional experience + Provision + Trinkgeld + Tankgutscheine. Because good work pays off at our company.

You will work your 40 hours at your request in a 4-day week, without weekend or holiday shifts like in a hotel. Every minute of your working time is remunerated.

After every treatment, you have enough time for follow-up work – without stress. And through modern, constantly expanded methods, you will remain professionally up-to-date.
