Your Responsibilities

Consultation and Customer Service

• You conduct professional consultations as well as skin and body analyses.
• You understand the wishes and needs of our customers and advise them on suitable treatments.
• You explain treatment procedures, possible results, and proper aftercare clearly and competently.
• You build long-term customer relationships through your friendly demeanor and professional expertise.

Performing Treatments

• You perform laser hair removal as well as other skin, body, and aesthetic treatments according to your qualifications and our offered services.
• You work according to our treatment standards, protocols, and safety guidelines.
• You ensure a pleasant treatment atmosphere as well as the highest hygiene and quality standards.
• You carefully document treatments and provide customers with appropriate aftercare recommendations.

Quality, Safety, and Equipment

• You adhere to all applicable safety, hygiene, and treatment guidelines.
• You identify possible contraindications and clarify any open questions before the treatment.
• You use the equipment professionally and according to your training.
• You ensure the readiness of treatment rooms and equipment and report technical problems promptly.

Customer Retention and Teamwork

• You ensure a high-quality customer experience from the initial consultation to aftercare.
• You recommend suitable treatment plans and packages based on individual customer needs.
• You contribute to customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and the success of the clinic through excellent service and competent advice.
• You work closely with the Clinic Manager and the entire team and support a smooth clinic operation.

What You Bring

• A completed training as a state-certified cosmetician or a comparable qualification in the field of cosmetics, skincare, or aesthetics.
• A valid NiSV qualification for the application of non-ionizing radiation for cosmetic purposes is required.
• Ideally, practical experience with laser hair removal as well as other equipment-based or aesthetic treatments.
• Interest in modern skincare, innovative treatment technologies, and aesthetic services.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage.
• A professional, friendly appearance and enjoyment of working with people.
• A careful, reliable, and responsible way of working.
• Team spirit, initiative, and the motivation for professional and personal development.
