Job place: Szczecin Your scope of responsibilities We are building the largest event realizations in the region. LED screens of premium class. Scenes. Congresses. Galas. International projects. We are looking for a person who wants to play in the first team. Not an assistant. Not a "technical assistant". Just a coordinator who will oversee the project from concept to implementation. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? – coordination of event projects (conferences, galas, festivals) – preparation of conceptual designs and schedules – management of technical aspects of events – cooperation with external partners and suppliers – ensuring the quality of services provided – monitoring and control of costs – reporting on project progress – communication with stakeholders
