Air Conditioning Service Coordinator (M/F)

We are looking for a person for the position of Air Conditioning Service Coordinator, responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the execution of service work.

• Planning and coordinating the work of the technical team.
• Assigning service orders and monitoring their timely completion.
• Receiving and handling service requests.
• Maintaining ongoing contact with clients and technicians.
• Developing work schedules and supervising their execution.
• Verifying service reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinating troubleshooting and organizing repair activities.
• Supervising the availability of parts and materials necessary for order fulfillment.
• Quality control and correctness of performed work.

• Experience in the technical or service industry.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems is a plus.
• Ability to organize work and coordinate a team.
• Independence, responsibility, and good organization.
• Ability to set priorities and effectively solve problems.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Category B driver's license.
